"Curious George" is what my family used to call me.

That curiosity stuck. Over 13+ years at Workiva I've grown alongside the company — from a $35M startup to an $850M+ public platform — helping teams navigate technical complexity, align around major bets, and deliver capabilities that thousands of customers rely on every day.

Today I lead three TPMs across our Intelligence and Data Platform pillars, supporting 12 development teams across 7 business-critical initiatives. Outside of work, my world revolves around my family — two kids who keep life full of perspective and remind me why curiosity is worth holding onto.

Dad to Oliver & Ella

Oliver is five and one of the most fun people I know. This year we started playing chess together — he knows every rule and loves the game. We also picked up golf this year, which he took to immediately. We do artwork together, read together, and find new things to be curious about constantly. Ella is ten months old and has already made everything more joyful. Being their dad is the best part of my life.

Early mornings in Arizona before the heat hits. Running is where I clear my head and do some of my best thinking.

Cape Cod, Hawaii, and anywhere with a good beach. We love getting the family somewhere new and letting the kids experience the world.

Leading AI product delivery at enterprise scale.

  • Lead a team of three TPMs across two pillars — Intelligence and Data Platform — supporting 12 development teams across 7 business-critical initiatives.
  • Orchestrated the cross-functional launch of Workiva AI, reaching 35% of the customer base since launch. Kept security, governance, legal, and sales readiness in lockstep with rollout.
  • Delivered the Agent Factory — a unified internal platform for building and shipping LlamaIndex-based agents on one secured stack (REST API, Bedrock / Azure OpenAI / Vertex, streaming SSE, PostgreSQL memory). Owned SLOs, tenancy, observability, and governance-gated releases.
  • Drove ISO 42001 readiness: built centralized AI inventory, governed 15 production AI features, and redesigned the PDLC to ensure accountability across Internal Audit, InfoSec, and GRC.
  • Advanced a Snowflake-centered data strategy — dbt / Dagster orchestration, Cube.js semantic layer, RAG-ready retrieval pipelines using LlamaParse.
  • Established LLM-as-Judge scoring (Answer Relevancy, Groundedness, Hallucination) — enabling teams to iterate on models in hours, not weeks.
Group Delivery Manager — Platform Automation & Migration

Moving 3,000+ enterprise customers without breaking a thing.

  • Orchestrated the zero-downtime migration of 3,000+ daily active enterprise customers from legacy Certifications to Process Builder, a modern service-oriented workflow engine.
  • Directed go-to-market and technical rollout for Process Builder, achieving 70%+ adoption across Data Collection and Certifications by aligning engineering milestones with customer readiness.
  • Turned major architecture changes into stable, customer-ready releases with no disruption to production workflows.
Senior Delivery Manager — Infrastructure & Core Platform

  • Spearheaded the multi-year program to replatform Workiva's flagship Spreadsheets product from Flash to a service-oriented architecture — mitigating critical platform risk while maintaining full feature parity.
